Hurrah, the weekend has almost arrived. Oh, weekend, I love you so, but you are a double edged sword - yes, don't argue - you are.
While I love you dearly, my liver is not yet so sure about you. I've tried to convince liver that you're well intentioned with many celebratory drinks, but, alas, this has done nothing to change liver's opinion. And I do have to say, weekend, that you are quite hard on me sometimes. I mean, really, is it called for to entice me for two AM after bar swims in the pool with promises of late morning risings, only to tempt me out of bed far too early with the beauty of your sunshiny beach days? I think not.
In short, weekend, I love you, but our love may be heading to a dark place of alcohol fogged nights and idle beach days.
Well, then again, I think I can live with that!!! Roll on Saturday...
